But Liu Bei is far too weak. His teacher, Shui Jing, tells him, "A Hidden Dragon or a Phoenix... If you can capture one of them, you can rule the world," so he begins searching for such a person.
The first person he meets is Tan Fu (Xu Shu), who is reciting songs loudly in the streets.
Appointed military strategist, Xu Shu quickly trains his soldiers and utterly defeats the invading Cao Cao army.
After being shown Xu Shu's strength, Cao Cao learns his true identity and decides to employ a strategy to recruit him.
When Xu Shu had to leave Liu Bei's side, he revealed the name of Fulong and recommended Zhuge Liang of Longzhong.
Liu Bei immediately visited him. The peasants in Longzhong, where Zhuge Liang lived, were somehow different. Kongming was out.
